Donation Certificate

At the time of application, Candor will provide you with a Donation Certificate.  You will complete two sections on the Donation Certificate:

1. The Beneficiary’s Name
2. Requested By

Then, just return the completed Donation Certificate to Candor along with your loan application package.  After your loan closes, Candor will send a donation to the designated recipient.  Donation amounts will be a portion of the proceeds.  In order for this program to be compliant and thrive, only legitimate charitable organizations are permitted.
